Summer Reading is Awesome!

So, just because the summer is finally here, doesnt mean we should all just forget about learning. While you are enjoying some time away from school, remember to read over the break. Go to your local bookstore or library and get a book that is interesting to you. Reading books that spark an interest in you are the best ones because you will find yourself not wanting to put the book down. If you are the age of my students, (9 and 10) I recommend anything by Jerry Spinelli, Judy Blume, or the Magic Treehouse collection. You will be surprised how fast you can get through a good book and how much your reading will have improved by August 25th. Ok, so get to it and leave me comments about the books your read.
