Food and Nutrition
What type of foods do you eat? Are you eating a healthy diet or not? Is it even important to eat a healthy diet? The food pyramid is a great source for knowing what should be in your diet. Reflect on your individual diet and compare it to the food pyramid. In a comment, brainstorm what you will say to your parents about your diet and what you are eating. Include vocabulary words such as; meats, grains, carbohydrates, nutrition, and dairy to guide your thoughts.

Most of the time I eat healthy, but I love McDonald's. Mom, Dad, and I will look over the food pyramid, and see how we fit in.

My favorite fruits are cantaloupes, strawberries, bananas, and watermelons. I don’t like vegetables very much, but I do like carrots. I really like strawberry milk. It is a good source of dairy. A few unhealthy things I like are candy, doughnuts, and pizza.

sometimes I do not eat healthy. like i eat lots of cakes and lots of candy and cookies. but the good side is that i love corn its my favorite food in the whole world i love it.it isoooo good so i do eat some good foods sometimes. i love brocclie to. so got to go only have one more minute by by!
