My students and I read a book last week. We read, Who Will Guide My Sleigh Tonight by Jerry Pallotta and illistrated by David Biedrzycki. The students and parents who were in the room thought it was a great book with some far out ideas. My question to my students is... who do you think will guide Santa's sleigh on Dec. 25th? You never know, Rudolph may get a little sick!! Be specific about what or who will help Santa out this year. Have fun blogging!
P.S. The illustrator of this book came to our school and showed us all how he makes his illustrations. I left the media center inspired to draw and create myself, how about you?

I think that maybe a eagle could do it. I think that because the eagles are very strong.

I think Who Will Guide my Sleight Tonight was a very well thought out book.I also think that dolphins would guide Santa's sleighon the 25th.I think that because dolphhins could swim in the snow because snow will eventualy turn into water.Santa could also get there quicker by the dolphins going really fast.
